Factory placement
Get direct access to the factories in Vietnam best suited to your product and your brand.
Shortlisted, visited, quoted and negotiated before you see them. You choose who to sample with, we handle the introduction, and the relationship is yours — you pay the factory directly. Our fee is separate, one-off, and ends there.
Production management
Get a production team in Vietnam, without needing one of your own.
We run the day to day with your factory — orders, samples, materials, inspections, shipping — and we do it in person. What you asked for gets built, it ships when it should, and new styles stay priced fairly.
You get a live dashboard rather than an email chain. Every order, its status, its dates, its samples and its paperwork, all in one place and updated as it happens. As well as an account manager you can reach directly when something urgent comes up.
What it costs
$5,000 for the first factory, $2,500 for each additional one placed at the same time.

From $1,500 a month, set by how many styles you run, how often you order, and how many factories you use. Not by what you spend. Doubling your order does not double our work, and you should not pay more for growing.

We never work on commission
Earning a percentage of your orders means earning more when you pay more, which puts us on the wrong side of the table. That is why we only work on flat fees — so brands have a team on the ground here without having to build one themselves.
Questions we get
From another country you only know what you are told, and every problem turns into days of emails. We are on the floor, seeing what is actually happening and dealing with it as it comes up, so your time can go back into growing the brand.
Most sourcing agencies charge a percentage of your order value, which means they earn more when you pay more. We only charge flat fees, so you get your own team on the ground in Vietnam, without having to set one up yourself.
Yes. Packaging, labels, inserts, anything that has to be made alongside your goods. We bring it all onto one timeline and coordinate across every supplier and your forwarder, whether your goods are packed before they ship or after.
Not ourselves. We work with forwarders and brokers who do it properly, and we coordinate the whole thing — bookings, documents, clearance, and classifying your product correctly so you are paying the lowest duty rate legally available.
QC catches problems once they exist. We manage the whole production and supply chain, so problems get caught before they cost you and your dates hold.
